  • Documents prepared in accordance with the client’s instructions. Preparation of Trust Transfer Deeds included with the preparation of all California Trusts.

  • Notarization of documents available, upon request.

  • TRALynn can assist both you and your spouse, or either of you as the Petitioner, or the Respondent with the preparation, and filing of legal documents in your uncontested divorce.

  • With your detailed instructions, TRALynn can assist you in the preparation of a Marital Settlement Agreement.

  • If there are minor children of the marriage, TRALynn can assist with the preparation of proposed Orders for child custody and support. Note that the Court reserves jurisdiction in determining child support of minor children based upon state guildlines..

  • Registering a new business? TRALynn will perform a general business name search to confirm availability; e-file your Articles of Organization and Statement of Information with the CA Secretary of State; obtain your Federal Tax EIN number; and if needed, e-file your application to obtain a Sellers Permit with the CDTFA. TRALynn may also prepare a standard operating agreement at your directions, for an additional fee.

MISC LEGAL DOCUMENT PREPARATION

  • Need assistance with document preparation in your self-represented lawsuit? TRALynn can assist you in preparing your response and e-filing documents with the Court.

  • If you need a Simple Contract, or, are in need of document assistance preparing and filing a small claims civil lawsuit, TRALynn can assist you in the preparation of all documents required to get you through your legal matter, and in a cost effective manner.

NOTARY SERVICES

Fees $15 per signature.

  • TRALynn is available to provide Notary Services to its clients for any legal documents prepared by TRALynn.
